A large All-Russian network of clinics plans to completely change its positioning on the Internet by 2021. To solve the problem, it was necessary to raise the mentions of both the clinic and individual proposals, create an image of an official representative on the network, and increase the overall tone.

What was done? A complex of works on the formation of an information background has been implemented:

►Sowing positive feedback from agents of influence in order to displace irrelevant negativity.

►Round-the-clock automatic monitoring of the information background using the Kribrum system

►Daily manual monitoring of sites.

►Saturation of the information field with positive feedback about the product on medical and reputable sites.

►Writing and posting a series of reviews and articles mentioning the clinic.

►Support of articles and reviews with comments, bringing them to the top of search results for relevant queries.

►Prompt response to negative mentions. Communication on behalf of the brand, assistance in troubleshooting and coverage of the work carried out. Connection of agents of influence, if necessary.

Regular transmission to the customer of claims left on external sites.

Results achieved
► A 4.6% decrease in the number of negative mentions.

► 7% increase in the number of visits to clinics

From June 2018 to February 2020:

► The number of monthly negative mentions decreased from 7.1% to 2.5%

► Of the TOP 10 requests ""clinic" reviews" in Google and Yandex completely gone negative platforms (7 to 0)

► Brand Engagement (total number of likes, comments, reposts) increased from 40 000 to 78 000

► The number of negative mentions of clinics decreased from 8% to 1%, doctors – from 9% to 3%

► On average, the number of visits to the clinic in Moscow increased by 7%, sales of separately promoted services increased by 16%.
